Happy Mom's Day

Morning!

In honor of Mom's Day today...I made a clean and simple card for the occasion.  Used Misaki from sister stamps. Loved the innocence of her chasing birds and being playful! I shaded in a shadow for her foot on the ground can you tell?!? The cherry blossoms are from Stampin Up - Eastern Blooms. That's all for today and enjoy spending time with your mom's! She deserves the special treatment not only today but EVERYDAY =D Take cares and have a great week ahead!

Picture Ornaments

Hello!!

I have lots of pictures to show today. I made 3 picture ornaments for my buddies. There is a heart theme, a cherry blossom, and a sweets theme.  I bought the wood blocks from Joann's and pretty much just cut out design papers with my selection of photos and embellishments to flare each. The paper and photo measures close to 2 inches (1.97 inches).  I used small hooks that you can twist on which can be bought at home depot to add the ribbon string. Below are more details of each. Hope this made you smile and have a great day!

The heart lace above is a punch from Martha Stewart I added light pink pearls to pop it even more.

Here is a photo of me and my buddy Linda. The bow is tied on directly to the hook here.

This is the cherry blossom theme. The letter "S" is the initial of my other buddy. Here the bow is on both sides held down by glue dots.

Here is the front and side view of the ornament.

The back and side of the ornament

Here is the sweets theme. I used sheer creme ribbon for this ornament

Here is a closer look at the cupcakes. It's stickers from Martha Stewart. The flower gems are from the Anaheim convention which I bought a while ago.

Here is the top front view of it.
This is the back of the ornament. I used glue dots to hold down the roses.

Lovely Wishes

Hiya!

Happy Hump Day! I have a fun project I made for a friends birthday. It's a photo frame to set at her work desk. Can you guess what anya's I altered here?! If you guessed Sitting Lovely and Awareness Anya than you are correct! I loved using all the props from Sitting Wonderful...totally perks up the scene for a celebration! I finished it off by enclosing a photo of us and some cupcakes and bows which are a few of the birthday girl's favorite things =D Was pretty happy of how it came out considering the time crunch I had...Oh and the cool thing is I used coasters to make these.

This is the front laying flat
Here is the photo frame opened and sitting
Here is a close up of Anya. I masked the chair and her bow ;P
Here is the from and backing of the frame

Happy Easter

Hello Everyone!

Are you all excited to welcome Easter?!? I don't have any easter egg hunt this year but I did get some time to make some Easter cards below. I made them for my previous Team Yumi and Fumi I was on and a small group of crafty buddies of mine locally. Been meaning to make something and send out long long ago...but never got down to it until now. It's a pocket pull out card and I got to finally play around with my washi tape and put them to use ;P

I apologize for the bad pictures since I was in a hurry to get them mailed asap...Welps hope you are enjoying your Easter weekend!

Materials Used:
You Crack Me Up- Stampin Up Set
Washi Tape
Twine ribbon

Gardening

Morning,

I made this card casing Linda's pretty calendar cards she made awhile back. I used Garden Anya here with a 2014 calendar updated to March for a friends birthday.  I used a beige copic marker to draw in criss cross lines on her hat and basket.  I gave her dress and hat band polka dots too =) Loved how it turned out with all the spring colors and warmth it brings. I finished it off by using the crop-a-dile to put brads on top so I can add a ribbon so you can hang it on the wall.
