Happy 2014!!

Happy Happy NEW YEAR!!! Omg! I can't believe it's 2014 already!! I am excited to see what lies ahead but also blessed for what happened in 2013 as I look back on nothing but good times and with great company! Wishing all of you a GREAT 2014 with adventure, happiness, and good fortune!!

Just wanted to have a quick share of this calendar box that I was itching to do after seeing Eva's post from ATS! If you are interested she has a great tutorial here. I was too cheap the buy the box die cut so created my own from the tutorial guides...lol The numbers are cut from the Cricut machine and the months are from the mini alpha and numbers die from ATS.  The sentiment is from AMYR and of course Jilly and Emaline's Secret Fairwees from Sweet November! Make a Keiki Smile~!

Hi There!

Just wanted to share the cards I did for the "Make a Keiki Smile"! Made 10 cards total as my contribution. I have been doing this for the past 3 years I believe and it sure makes me happy to know that it makes a difference when everyone comes together for a great cause. The drive is lead by Kris and her aunt. She has the biggest of hearts always upping the number of cards delivered to kids who are in the hospital for the holidays in Mission Hills, CA!  I highly encourage all of you to participate next year because I had a great time and love to see the smiles on children's faces~!

I have to say, I got to meet a lot of CRAFT-ASTIC people from joining. It's just so nice to share your creativity and hobby with someone that appreciates it as much as you do! I was a lil sad to know that it will be on hold for now since Kris is not doing it anymore because we have "LIFE" going on. I myself have been challenged with LIFE...which is endless of hours working your real job...LOL.  I will definitely miss it but will for sure keep in touch through blogland =) So decided to make my last SSS count =) I couldn't help but make a calendar box again...they are just so neat as gifts. I used Fumi and AmyR "Be Happy" sentiment set for the one below.  I even made a Crafts-Port with an inside acronym I had made up for this person because she is full of inspiration.  Hope you enjoyed my share and thanks for always dropping by to visit =) I have the calendar template if you are interested to take up the challenge for making this.
