Holly Jolly Christmas

Hi Everyone!

It's been a while since I blogged...LOL I am sure some of you are feeling the full force of Christmas creeping upon us...ahhh!!! Anyhow just wanted to drop in for some inspiration. I wrapped Hersey chocolate bars with card stock and crimped it at the ends. I used white paper to punch out borders and ribbon layered over it. I topped it off with these darn cute Sweet Penguins and Sweet November Fairwee Piper from C.C. Designs!  My friend Annie gave me one last year and it was so cute that I had to make some this year!

Hugs!

CYBER-MONDAY HOP-Happy Blessings!

Hi Everyone!

Did you get a well rested Thanksgiving stuffed with turkey with the company of loved ones? Or got your hands on any great black friday deals? Hope all is merry welcoming December! Anyway, The Greeting Farm is having a CYBER-MONDAY Blog Hop that you surely don't want to miss! Prizes up for grabs are:

$25 gift certificate to one RANDOM winner who participates in the hop, along with a 2nd prize of a 4x6 set, 3rd prize of a single rubber set, and some 'honorable mention digis' for creativity and design at the discretion of the Design Team!

So what I have to share today is a picture frame easel card I made for my sister's birthday. I used the Anya Celebrates set here.  I created the picture insert with spellbinders and used double sided tape to seal the edges leaving the top open so that you can insert a photo. Added pearls and rolled roses to finish off the accents. Loved how it turned out! Thanks for stopping by and happy hopping!

Be Merry~!

Morning Everyone!

Did everyone get a head start on those Christmas cards and projects yet?! I sure haven't and barely getting started so if you are a procrastinator like me...Here is something to inspire you to kick off the fun holiday festivities. I made a wine tag using Yeti Fumi! It makes a nice touch if you plan to give it away or just as decor for home. I used a circle spellbinder to cut the ring on top as the punches won't reach that far in.  I also used a 5 petal flower punch to create a poinsettia and finished it off with gems and pearls. The sentiment is written with red pen and traced over with pink glitter gel pen. Hope this was fun for you and get your juices going for the Holiday Season!

Here is a closer glimpse at the hole I cut out to hang over the wine bottle. I punched out a scallop first on the DP and the glue it onto the white than blue base. I than took a circle spellbinder to cut in the center of the scallop shape.
XOXO,
Kathy

Make a Keiki Smile~!

Hi There!

Just wanted to share the cards I did for the "Make a Keiki Smile"! Made 10 cards total as my contribution. I have been doing this for the past 3 years I believe and it sure makes me happy to know that it makes a difference when everyone comes together for a great cause. The drive is lead by Kris and her aunt. She has the biggest of hearts always upping the number of cards delivered to kids who are in the hospital for the holidays in Mission Hills, CA!  I highly encourage all of you to participate next year because I had a great time and love to see the smiles on children's faces~!
