Hearts for February

Hi There!

I thought I share my Feb SSS swap since February is ending. Below is the card and heart embellisments I received from Colleen. It's very cute, really like the simplicity and details of the card. There was a matching candy top with the card but I got excited and helped myself to the heart chocolates already =)
