Year of the Dragon

Happy New Year!

I am so glad I was able to make this card in time for CNY! I had so much fun doing it and it does really bring out the festivities for the year with it's vibrant colors. I only made one and decided to send it as an e-card sort of thing on facebook to share with everyone lol.  The gold paper is a thin foil like origami paper I got from a gift store. I embossed it with the asian embossing folder sets that goes so well with this. I also used the deckled rectangles large spellbinder for this card.  I colored the images with a edge of yellow where the fireworks are to illuminate the glow that i have picked up from seeing all the wonderful sister stamps card on the blogs ;P The verbiage is in vietnamese which translates "Happy New Year" on the ribbon banner spellbinder that I have used also.
