Birthday Boys

Happy Friday!

It was a busy week for me but glad that Friday is here!! I have some birthday boy cards to share today using the same layout as the previous post to show you. I don't get to put the boys to use much, so very glad that I was able to here. It's Birthday Ian and OA-Surprise set I have below. Happy viewing!

I did some make and takes for the show this past weekend using Do Si Do Anya and Miss Anya from the Rain, Shine, and Snow set from TGF. Hope everyone had a nice weekend. For me it was being busy with the show in Carson, CA! It was so fun seeing the debut and release of Yumi & Fumi for their stamps. I am excited that they are offering such a great new line to the stamping community. No doubt there has been smiles multiplied over the weekend and thousands more to come as you discover how awesome they are =D Ok, enough of that...I have been wanting to share this with you guys but haven't had the chance to...I had my youth group camp 3 weeks back and it was a compliment when one of the leaders asked me to customize a boys and girls scout that closely represents our uniform. He wanted to silk screen it on a shirt to give it to the kids who were attending as a gift and memory for this year which is so sweet of him.  So I did using the cute troops set from the greeting farm and it turned out so awesome on a white T-shirt stating the theme for this year both in Vietnamese and English. As many of you know already that there is a new stamp company called Yumi & Fumi from my previous post. Head on over and show them some love if you haven't already.  We will be partnering up together for this coming weekend show in Carson. Not only that but sesamebijoux will be joining us as well!! Swap Hugs and Some Fun in the Sun!

Good Morning!

I want to share my secret swap sister goodies with you today! I got Cyndi and she gave me such a cute card along with handmade button doilies to add to my accessories for the month of June! Check out her blog if you haven't already here, she has some awesome creativity brewing.

 

For me, I had Colleen and decided to make her card a step card of a beach scene.  I used sunshine Anya for this and embossed the waves for the beach effect. Hope you like and thanks for stopping by!

Ayako Cube

Hi There!

It feels like I am always trying to catch up with blogging so hopefully it will be back to normal soon.  I have here a project that I did for my friend's BIG 30th bday. I can't help but use Ayako from the sister sister stamps for this project.  I created an easel card out of spellbinders and cherry blossom punches below with a matching cube to serve as her paper weight. Ayako dress is masked using washi paper.  It spells out her name on the sides of the cube and have Akayo at the top with simple sakura flowers to accent along the washi paper I used. Hope you are inspired and making more fun stuff for the summer!



I wrote Smile on the middle sakura and added pearls on the side ones here
