Happy Halloween

Hi There!

How is everyone on this Spooky Wednesday? Everyone got their pumpkin carved and lighted by now I hope =) I have a quick share in getting into the Halloween spirit hehe. I used Hallo Shedevil Anya to case a card that I really adore from Linda's Blog.  She has some awesome cards with great layouts!  If you aren't following her already make sure you do for inspiration! Have a safe and Happy Halloween now!

Oh Happy Day~!

Morning!

Just wanted to share a post it note card with you all today! I used Yumi with Messengar bag from YFHC and transformed her a lil...LOL Can you tell what I did? Well, made her skirt a teeny longer and deleted her bag in exchange for a rosary...hehehe. It was my sister's birthday and I wanted to customize the image to her preferences (she is discerning to be a nun) for those of you who are familiar with the catholic sector.  The fence and butterflies are from martha stewart punches and I hand wrote the message and bordered it with blue card stock.  I used the same background designer inside the card and stacked on a post it to complete the card.  The flower embellies are with pearls as their centers.  Hope you like and thanks for visiting!

Dropping in quickly to share the fun card challenge that I have done for Yumi & Fumi's using NO designer paper! You still have til this saturday to enter so c'mon and get crafty!! I got to put all my halloween goodies to use that has been sitting for attention since last year! It sure does help you get into the Halloween spirit hehe. I used stickers for my Halloween embellies below. I even gave my spider googly eyes can you tell?! The octagon is a spellbinder cut out and the spider web is from an embossing folder. The fence is from Martha Stewart punches.

Growing Old Together

Hi Everyone!

I was very inspired by Leanne's frame from a SSS swap so decided to take my own spin on this. So I created a frame below using craft color card stock stamped with wood texture for the border of the frame.  I used tim holtz distressing ink to blend the edges and smooth it all around and modge podge it. I used Sitting Casual Ian and Sitting Lovely/Simply Anya for the images to complete the frame. I used the sentiment from "Because of You" set from TGF.  The sentiment was cut on spellbinders and distressed with tim holtz ink as well. The frame came out cute and jst reminds me to enjoy "the moment" and looking forward to "growing old together" for couples out there ;P

Happy Birthday Kim Yu!

Good Morning,

Today is Kim Yu's birthday and I just wanted to wish her a good one! In honor of her special day, I have made this card for her using Yoshimi from Sister Stamps. I did a yellow and orange combo and masked washi paper on her dress.  The die cut card and cherry blossoms are from hanko's. I punched the cherry blossoms from the extra washi paper and I added pearl centers for most of them. I used stampin up punches for the sentiment which I hand wrote on myself!  Good Morning!

Thanks for all the birthday wishes! You gals are too sweet!  I have a custom coffee mug to share with you guys today!  I bought a sbux mug and decided to be playful by altering sitting lovely and sitting cute Anya's (TGF Stamps) with Yumi and Fumi stamps and TAH DAH! Aren't they so CUTE!!! Who says you can't do alterations with other stamp lines?!? It was so fun doing this project that I am looking forward to many more altering of stamplines hehe.
